The team at 305 Animal Hospital is comprised of highly trained and experienced animal health professionals who have a genuine love for working with pets. Our staff treats every patient with the highest quality of medical care as well as a gentle touch.
Melissa M Smith, DVM
Dr. Smith is a graduate of Michigan State University, and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She finished her clinical training at Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with her DVM in January 2005. Dr. Smith has been involved in emergency medicine, shelter medicine, and for the past six years has been practicing general medicine and surgery.
She currently resides in Cuyahoga Falls with her husband Randy, their 1 1/2 year old son Braxton and their 4 year old mixed toy breed CoCo. She has been an active member in the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association for 6 years, the American Veterinary Medical Association for 3 years, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners for the past two years. Locally, she has been active in the Cleveland Academy of Veterinary Medicine for the past 4 years. Personally, she recently lost her father to Early Onset Alzheimer’s, a devastating disease. Over the years she has become dedicated to assisting the Alzheimer’s Association in finding prevention methods, treatments, and an eventual cure by raising over $5,000 Walking to End Alzheimer’s. Her passion and efforts will continue on in her father’s name.
Beth Supple
Practice Manager
Beth joined the 305AH Team in January, 2016. She comes with many years of administrative experience, including 15 years as the Executive Assistant in a large nonprofit social service agency in Canton. During that time she also developed a background in event planning, fundraising and marketing.
Beth is a native of Canton and a graduate of Perry High School. She recently attended Stark State College pursuing a degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been working in the Veterinary field since 2013.
Beth is an animal lover and avid sports fan! She is the mother of grown children, Kevin, and daughter Krista and son in law Tim who all reside in Canton.
Katie Reid-Blazetic
Receptionist
Katie joined the 305AH Team in March, 2016. Katie is a graduate of Madison High School, after high school Katie attended Lakeland Community College. She has two Associate Degrees, one in Law Enforcement and the second in Corrections. Katie has always loved all kinds of animals. As a child she helped worked on a farm with cows, turkeys, donkeys, and horses and has had pets of her own including turtles, lizards, snakes, rabbits, cats and dogs.
Katie is married to her husband James. They have a home in Wickliffe, with their two dogs; Black Labrador mix “Luke” and Alaskan Malamute “Benjamin”.
Brittany Przeracki, RVT
Registered Veterinary Technician
Brittany joined the 305AH team in February, 2017 as Receptionist/Assistant. Brittany is a graduate of Eastlake North High School. She then attended Lakeland Community College where she earned her Associates Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. Her passion for animals drover her to enroll at Stautzenberger College where she will graduate in July with her Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technician.
Brittany has always had a passion for animals and grew up in a house full of them. At the age of 13 she began fostering a variety of animals including dogs, cats, pigs and ferrets. When Brittany is not working or attending school you can find her camping near PA or fishing on Lake Erie. Along Brittany’s side you will find her pit-lab mix “Cali”.
